All projects require an advance payment before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to complete payment may result in delayed delivery or suspension of services.
Project timelines depend upon timely communication and approval from the client. Any delay in providing required materials may extend the completion date.
Reasonable revisions are included according to the selected package. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
After full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.
R9chhod Studios reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio and promotional materials.
Advance payments are generally non-refundable once project work has started. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
R9chhod Studios shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
All confidential client information will be handled responsibly and will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.
Some projects may use third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs, or plugins. Their terms and policies also apply.
Maintenance services are only provided if included in the selected package or purchased separately.
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Payments for completed work remain payable.
